SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped a notification will be sent to your nominated email address.
STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders. Metro deliveries will arrive within 3-5* business days from the date of shipment, regional deliveries may take an additional 2-4* days.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer express shipping within Australia for a flat rate of $10.00. Metro deliveries will arrive within 1-2* business days from the date of shipment, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 2-4* days.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us.
*Please note there may be delays with Australia Post that are out of our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For shipping outside of Australia, we use Australia Post and DHL. Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.

CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY
All product prices indicated, and payments made on the Australian Online Store are in AUD currency. GST is included in the order total for all shipments within Australia.
Any custom fees, duties or taxes determined by your local customs authority may include sales tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia; and duties charged for processing by your country.
If a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) destination is selected at checkout taxes and duties will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of taxes and duties your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs office. For more information contact your local customs office.
Items you exchange will be re-sent at the cost of RQ The Label ™, however, please note that return postage costs are not refundable. RQ The Label ™ do not refund prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout. Should you wish to return the item for a refund or exchange, contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.
ORDERS
Orders placed on our website will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. During holiday and sale periods such as Black Friday and Boxing Day there may be dispatch delays to the volume of orders. Please be patient with us while we work through your orders.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@rqthelabel.com as soon as possible, as we will work to get your packages processed the next business day! If your order has already shipped, we will follow the standard exchange/return process.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
Occasionally stock levels are not up-to-date on the online store, meaning items may not be available at the time of purchase. The likelihood of this occurring is rare.
If this occurs to an item in your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you need to make any changes to your order please email us right away at info@rqthelabel.com and we will do our best to update these for you.
If your order has already been shipped, RQ The Label ™ accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our returns process is available for changing incorrect items.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees.
Any orders flagged in our fraud analysis will be cancelled with the funds returned to the payment method.
RQ The Label ™ reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.

Order details are available in order confirmation emails, and in My Account for customers who were logged in when placing their order. Alternatively contact info@rqthelabel.com for all online store and order enquiries.
Please note transaction processing is based in Australia, however, your bank may apply international transaction fees.
SUBSCRIBER DISCOUNT CODE
We offer a 10% discount code for all new subscribers on full priced items only. Please note that once your order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to add in your 10% subscriber discount code.
