RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. Items are eligible for return within 14 days of being delivered, provided they meet our return criteria.
  • We accept returns for customers in Australia and New Zealand only. We are not able to accept international returns.
  • To initiate a return, please visit our Return Portal.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email notification once the return has been processed.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags need to be attached.
  • Full priced items purchased using the new subscriber code are eligible for an exchange, credit or refund.
  • Full priced items purchased at a discounted price during a flash sale or promotional event (e.g. EOFY, Black Friday, Boxing Day etc.) can only be returned for an exchange or credit.
  • For exchanges, you'll be sent a confirmation email once the exchange has been processed with the new tracking number. We only accept one exchange per style unless faulty.
  • All final sale items are considered final purchases and are not eligible for return, exchange, credit or refund.
  • Please ensure that you use a trackable, insured service to send your return as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Faulty and Incorrect Items

Should you receive damaged or faulty goods or an incorrect order please contact us within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@rqthelabel.com so we can determine the next course of action. Be sure to provide your order number as well as photos of videos so we can assist you as quickly as possible. These will be assessed on a case by case basis. We do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. We reserve the right to determine a genuine faulty in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having a manufacturing defect you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item, refund or credit.

Cost of Returns

We do not cover the cost of returns. You can purchase a discounted return shipping label through our Return Portal. If you prefer to arrange your own return shipping, please reach out to our team at info@rqthelabel.com for more information.

A $10 AUD restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover inspection, repacking and processing costs.

Please note, we do not tolerate bullying or harassment. Please treat our staff with kindness and respect, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
