RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. If for any reason you need to return your purchase, we will accept a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags need to be attached.
- Items with boning (such as corsets) must be packed with care. We will not accept returned items where boning has been misshapen.
- Full priced items purchased using the new subscriber code are eligible for an exchange, credit or refund.
- For exchanges (Australia & New Zealand only), you'll be sent a confirmation email once the exchange has been processed with the new tracking number. All exchanges are sent with standard shipping. We only accept one exchange per style unless faulty.
- Full priced items purchased at a discounted price during a flash sale or promotional event (e.g. EOFY, Black Friday, Boxing Day etc.) can only be returned for credit.
- All sale items are considered final purchases and are not eligible for return, exchange, credit or refund.
Terms and Conditions
We do not accept returns outside of our 14 day return policy. We do not accept returns on items if they are not returned in original condition. If you return your products and they have been worn or damaged, you will be invoiced for your return shipping fee and the goods will be returned back to you. Any return shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable. Store credits are non-refundable.
We will open an investigation into any faulty products before they are returned. If your items are deemed not faulty we will not accept a return.
Please ensure that you use a trackable, insured service to send your return as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. We reserve the right to change or remove our return policy at any time Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by RQ The Labels' return policy.
Faulty and Incorrect Items
Should you receive damaged or faulty goods or an incorrect order please contact us within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@rqthelabel.com so we can determine the next course of action. Be sure to provide your order number as well as photos of videos so we can assist you as quickly as possible. These will be assessed on a case by case basis. We do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. RQ The Label reserves the right to determine a genuine faulty in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having a manufacturing defect you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item, refund or credit. Cost of Returns
Australian & New Zealand Returns: A fee of $10 will be applied for returns requesting a refund, FREE for customers wanting a credit. Any costs involved will not be reimbursed.
International Returns: Return shipping costs myst be paid by the customer, we do not provide pre-paid return labels. Any costs involved will not be reimbursed. We do not process exchanges on international orders.
Returns Timeline
Your item/s will be considered returned once we receive it at RQ The Label. They will be assessed and processed for an exchange, credit or refund. We process all returns within 3-5 business days of receiving your items, we will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Refunds will be returned to the account or payment method used to make the original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for this to appear in your account.
Please note, we do not tolerate bullying or harassment. Please treat our staff with kindness and respect, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
