RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right and you are welcome to return your items back to us within 7 days of delivery.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Full-priced items or items purchased using the 10% new subscriber code are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.
- Please note, we deduct a $10 restocking fee on all refunds. There is no fee on exchanges or credit.
- Sale items are eligible for an exchange or credit. There are no refunds on sale items. Sale items are items purchased using a promotional code (e.g. EOFY, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Boxing Day and flash sales).
- Final sale items are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.
- The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Please note, intimates must not be returned due to health and hygiene laws.
- If you are returning an item with boning, please ensure that the item is packed with care and the boning has not been bent or folded. We will not accept returns where boning has been misshapen.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- We do not provide exchanges on international orders.
- Full-priced items are eligible for a refund or credit, and sale items are eligible for credit only.
FOOTWEAR
- Items must be unworn and in new condition with tags and packaging intact. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box & your item/s placed into the mailing bag or box and securely sealed.
- Package your goods with all original packaging (including your shoe box) with your receipt.
FAULTY ITEMS
- If you have received a faulty item please email us at info@rqthelabel.com with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action.
- Items must be identified as faulty by the customer within 30 days of delivery and will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by our team.
- Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.
Please note, we do not tolerate bullying or harassment. Please treat our staff with kindness and respect, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
LODGING A RETURN
- Send your return to the address below with a completed Return Form within 7 business days upon receiving the order. Returns requested outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
- Once the order is returned to the rq. warehouse it will be reviewed and processed for an exchange/credit/refund. We are not liable for any lost returned items.
- For exchanges (AUS & NZ only), you'll be sent a confirmation email once the exchange has been processed with the new tracking number. All exchanges are sent with standard shipping. We only accept one exchange per style unless faulty.
- For refunds, please allow up to 10 business days for the returned funds to show in your account.
- Please note rq. is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
