- Returns are available within the first 14 days of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Full-priced items purchased using the new subscriber code are eligible for an exchange, credit or refund.
- Full-priced items purchased at a discounted price during a flash sale or promotional event (e.g. EOFY, Black Friday etc.) can only be returned for exchange or credit.
- Final sale items cannot be returned.
